To use, heat or cool the pack as needed, apply to the affected area, and secure in place if necessary. For hot therapy, heat in microwave for 1-2 minutes or in hot water for 5-10 minutes. For cold therapy, place in freezer for 1-2 hours. Use for 15-20 minutes at a time, with breaks in between. Avoid direct contact with skin and do not use if pack is leaking. Always follow safety guidelines for hot and cold therapy.
