- SUITABLE FOR: Children over the age of 2 can take Concentration Essence and it is also suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans.
- HOW TO TAKE: Adults to take 5 drops in a little water for a one-off solution or for longer term use take 5 drops in a little water 3 times daily. Children from 2-7 years to take 3 drops in a little water 3 times daily. Children from 7-14 years to take 4 drops in a little water 3 times daily. Not recommended late at night as you may find that your mind is too focused and sharp, leaving you unable to sleep.
