Directions

1. Remove the heel raiser from the packaging. 2. If necessary, clean the self-adhesive side with a damp cloth. 3. Remove the adhesive film from the adhesive side. 4. Position the heel raiser in the heel of the shoe. 5. Press firmly on the heel raiser to ensure it sticks properly. 6. Check if the heel raiser is comfortable and does not slip. 7. Repeat the process for the other shoe.
