Ground rice is traditionally used for puddings or south indian idli rice cakes. Make an alternative to chapattis with this flour. Natco ground rice is a coarser version of rice flour and is used in indian cookery mainly for making idlis and dosas - a steamed rice pudding and a rice pancake. Can also be used for a variety of puddings and sweets. Available in 1.5 kg pack.
