Directions

1. Start with about 18 inches of floss. 2. Wrap most of the floss around your middle finger, leaving an inch or two to work with. 3. Hold the floss taut between your thumbs and index fingers. 4. Gently guide the floss between your teeth using a zigzag motion. 5. Curve the floss around each tooth and gently move it up and down against the side of each tooth. 6. Repeat for all teeth, using a clean section of floss for each tooth.
