Rogan Josh Masala Seasoning - 200g (50g Serves 4)

Description

• A Rogan Josh is a medium curry dish often made using lamb, this masala powder makes it easy to achieve the authentic flavours at home!
• Heat oil in a pan and cook onions and garlic until soft and caramelised, add the masala powder and tomato puree and cook for a further 2 minutes.
• Add the lamb and fry for 4-5 minutes until browned on each side, add 400ml water and simmer for around an hour or until the meat is tender.
• Stir in yoghurt and cook for a further 10 minutes.
• Serve with rice, naan and fresh coriander.
