• We measure our Manuka honey using the activity rating system. The higher the rating, the higher the antibacterial content.
• We recommend taking 1 teaspoon up to 3 times a day - in your favourite hot drink, spread on a scrummy nibble, or straight from the spoon.
• Not all manuka honeys are the same, antibacterial and medicinal properties are only found in non-peroxide activity (npa) manuka
• Rowse npa manuka honey comes exclusively from new zealand and every delivery is tested to guarantee it meets the required npa rating.
