Product Description: We've partnered with the culinary experts at PizzaExpress and used our flavour expertise to create a blend inspired by your favourite restaurant dishes, so you can enjoy them at home. Introducing the Garlic and Basil Creamy Pasta: a creamy seasoning blend with garlic and basil. Just Add: 1 tbs oil 300g chicken breast, sliced 1 red onion, sliced 150g mushrooms, sliced 300g crme frache 275g penne pasta, cooked according to pack directions 3 Easy Cooking Steps: Heat oil, fry chicken and onion for 5 minutes, add mushrooms and fry for a further 5 minutes. Stir in the seasoning and crme frache and gently bring to a boil. Add cooked pasta and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. PizzaExpress Chef suggests: Adding a little pasta water to thin the sauce if preferred. Also great as a bake; transfer to an ovenproof dish, top with grated cheese and finish in the oven for 10 mins, until cheese is golden.
