Product description

It makes your paella extraordinary since it absorbs more liquid compared to other rice types and expands when cooked. Maratelli rice is particularly good for cooking paella and risottos, as it holds its firmness when cooked, thanks to its high concentration of amylose which is a natural starch that decreases stickiness and increases the firmness of the rice. Cook it for 18-20 mins to obtain the best result. Use 2 times the quantity of stock to rice.
