A lovely artisan white wine vinegar made by Maria Paola Di Lorenzo on the magnificent Disisa estate in Sicily. Made from the estates very own top quality Chardonnay white wine, the vinegar is lovingly matured in ancient wooden barrels in the family cellar for up to two years. Our superb, estate nurtured, white wine vinegar is delicate and fresh with an intoxicatingly warm aroma. Delicious when mixed with one of the Gift of Oils premium or infused olive oils as an excellent easy to make dressing for green salads, vegetables, fish and seafood. Adds sophisticated depth to sauces and marinades.
